Adottare tecnologie innovative per progettare, realizzare ed erogare formazione. Saranno approfonditi gli strumenti tecnologici più avanzati per la creazione di percorsi formativi online e l'integrazione di elementi interattivi che migliorano l’esperienza di apprendimento. I partecipanti acquisiranno competenze specifiche legate all'uso delle piattaforme, la creazione di contenuti multimediali e la gestione di ambienti digitali di apprendimento.

Course objectives

  • Explore technological innovations in the design and development of training pathways delivered through digital platforms.
  • Develop skills in the use of e-learning platforms and digital tools for training delivery.
  • Acquire the ability to create interactive and multimedia training content that facilitates learning.
  • Apply digital skills according to the DIGCOMP 2.2 framework, improving management and development skills in digital learning environments.
  • Analyse and adopt best practices to ensure effective, personalised and user-centred training experiences.

Modules

  • Module 1: Technological innovations in the design of digital training pathways (3 hours)
    Overview of e-learning platforms and digital technologies for training.
    Instructional design for online learning: methodologies, tools and innovative models.
    Use of authoring software to create multimedia training pathways.
  • Module 2: Digital tools for the creation of training content (3 hours)
    Creation of interactive content: videos, quizzes, simulations, using tools such as Articulate, Moodle and Google Classroom.
    Integration of augmented reality, AR, and virtual reality, VR, in training.
    Management and updating of training content for digital platforms.
  • Module 3: Delivery and management of training through platforms (3 hours)
    Management of online training platforms, LMS, to monitor and assess learners’ progress.
    Implementation of tools for feedback and two-way communication between trainers and participants.
    Engagement strategies to ensure active user participation in online courses.
  • Module 4: Monitoring and assessment of learning (3 hours)
    Techniques and tools for assessing learning outcomes in a digital context.
    Data analysis: how to monitor learners’ progress and use data to personalise the training experience.
    Use of Artificial Intelligence technologies to track and optimise training pathways.
  • Module 5: Regulations and digital skills for online training (3 hours)
    European regulations on digital training and privacy: GDPR, data security.
    Introduction to the competences of the DIGCOMP 2.2 framework and how to apply them in training processes.
    Development of a personalised training plan based on the digital competences of DIGCOMP 2.2.

DIGCOMP 2.2 Standard

  • COMPETENCE AREA 1. Information and Data Literacy
    Ability to identify, locate, retrieve, store and organise relevant data and digital content. In this context, trainers must be able to select and evaluate the most relevant resources for their digital training courses, managing data in a structured and secure way.
  • COMPETENCE AREA 2. Communication and Collaboration
    Effective use of digital technologies to communicate and collaborate with learners and colleagues. This includes managing virtual learning environments, actively participating in online learning communities and using technologies for asynchronous and synchronous collaboration.
  • COMPETENCE AREA 3. Digital Content Creation
    Creation and editing of digital training content. This competence extends to the ability to integrate multimedia and interactive content and to use digital tools to develop innovative teaching materials.
  • COMPETENCE AREA 4. Safety
    Application of digital security measures, protection of personal data and compliance with privacy regulations, e.g. GDPR. It also includes awareness of risks to health and psychophysical well-being resulting from the use of digital technologies.
  • COMPETENCE AREA 5. Problem Solving
    Ability to identify and solve technical problems related to the use of digital platforms for training. This involves choosing the most suitable technological solutions to improve the training experience, as well as continuous updating to keep pace with technological evolution.
